WELL

(6) 90-Minute Sessions

$900

Can be virtual or walking/outside sessions. 

Together, we will:

- Evaluate the health and vitality of all areas in your life. What feels imbalanced and out of alignment? 

- Identify obstacles or patterns in your life that you wish to overcome. 

- Embody your body. Create a physical movement plan in your life that resonates and feels good. 

- Befriend your voice and intuition. You are your own medicine and contain the wisdom needed to move forward in the direction you choose. 

- Understand what areas of your life require love and what require boundaries. 

- Identify the energy you wish to have in your life and create a plan to make it happen. 

- Honor and acknowledge what is going well. (We forget to do this!) 

- Identify what you are feeding your mind, body, and spirit. Decide what is fueling you and depleting you.
