Meet Adrienne Helene (she/her/hers)
Hey there! My name is Adrienne and I am a Women’s Life and Wellness Coach. I coach with a strong emphasis on empowering women to heal internally to find peace, freedom, and live deeply well lives. I am located in Arlington, Massachusetts where I dwell with my 6-year old twin daughters/spiritual mentors.
Since I began my coaching practice in 2015 my work has deeply evolved. Energetically it has come more into alignment with who I am as a healer, nurturer, writer, truth teller, and especially a mother in this world. I bring a lot of soul to my work and am always deeply honored to co-create with my clients. I am curious by nature and welcome the process of personal growth and inner healing to create the lives we actually want to live in. For too long most of us spend time escaping lives that weren’t meant for us, yet we can’t seem to ever truly break the cycles and patterns we believe are inherent in us. Well, I’ve set out to change that.
I began my professional journey in 2008 in women’s mental health. I worked primarily in the eating disorders field but also trained in trauma, depression, anxiety, and addictions. I began my own coaching practice after leaving my full time job due to complete burnout. I pursued my coaching certification from the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC) and to say that coaching changed my life would be an understatement. I felt as though I finally had words to how I wanted to work with my clients that no prior education or training had ever provided. To have an understanding of our own energy and harness our personal power gave me a freedom that I am forever grateful for.
It is through this learned process that, when the time came, I was able to carve a new life for my daughters and I. I am lead by my inner compass and values: freedom, purpose, and joy. My work, motherhood, writing, and my community center around these things. Ultimately, if it doesn’t feel in alignment with those things then it likely isn’t somewhere you’ll find me!
I do believe we are deep and complex humans. We have to continuously work hard to undo the conditions and beliefs we were taught. We must understand our own inner workings and where we need to heal. And we must honor ourselves as we move forward in our lives. Change takes time, dedication, discernment, and a renewal in the relationship we have with ourselves. This work is spiritual and sacred by nature and I bring to it all of my love, compassion, and fire.
Our journey back to ourselves is a brave one. I know you can do it.
